Tuscan Hills is a new secure gated community, with extensive oak landscaping, located in Davenport on highway 27, close to highway 192, and only minutes from interstate 4. This gives you access to all the main travelling routes in central Florida, with Orlando Airport and Sanford Airport just 30 minutes and 55 minutes easy drive to our villa. It is a 12 minute drive to Walt Disney World with its 4 theme parks and a further 10 minutes to Universal Studios and its 2 theme parks and Sea World.

You will be able to relax around our screened, pool and patio area, and should the Florida sunshine become too much, you can sit in the shade in our large covered lanai, or come back inside where all the rooms are air conditioned and keep at a cool and constant temperature.
