As you enter our lovely home, you will be impressed with the soaring 17ft high ceilings in the spacious hallway and living room.
The living room is a great place to relax and unwind after a busy day at the many attractions here in Florida.
You will be able to watch your favorite program on the 50″ flat screen HD TV offering cable, there is also a DVD player and films for your convenience.
Lighting can be soft using the 2 table lamps or brighter with the ceiling lamp & also a ceiling fan if needed. The whole house is air conditioned for your comfort.
The tastefully furnished dining room has seating for 6, whilst the nook has a further dining table and chairs with seating for 4, also offering 2 bar stools at the breakfast bar.
From the nook there are sliding doors to the covered lanai. There is a table and chairs allowing you to enjoy a meal or a relaxing drink outdoors. The pool area has sun loungers for you to top up your tan after a swim in the pool or a relaxing sit in the spa. The pool is south west facing.
