Our large villa is on a quiet cul-de-sac with no rear neighbours and a beautiful lake/conservation view beyond the pool & spa area.

We have 5 bedrooms ( 3 of these are ensuite ) and 2 further twin bedrooms which share the forth bathroom, so perfect for large families or two families or a group of friends.

The villa has beautiful new lighting & soft furnishings in all bedrooms.

The living room has new light fittings and soft furnishings and has lovely views over the pool and beyond to the lake.

It has a really well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle & toaster and full laundry facilities.

We have cable & Wifi as well as a games room with pool, table football & air hockey for your added entertainment. There are two living areas and two dining areas to accommodate all of our guests.

The main bedroom has doors out onto the pool ,which can also be accessed from the living room too , a master bath with twin vanity and large double shower as well as a tub and separate toilet.

The other two ensuites have large double showers and the third one also has direct access to the pool through a side door.

Pool heat is available at $35 a day if you require it.

There are newly surfaces tennis courts available on the main large grass area as you drive into Orange Tree community and a children’s play area.
